To replace the Oil Exploration Licence (“OEL”), the Oil Prospecting Licence (“OPL”) & the Oil Mining Lease (“OML”), the Bill establishes the Petroleum Exploration Licence (“PEL”), the Petroleum Prospecting Licence (“PPL”) & the Petroleum Mining Lease (“PML”).
